| Q. How do I create an account? |
A. You can create an account when you place your first order, or you can
enter your details in the User Logon box that you can find on the left hand
side of each page.
- The easiest way to create an account is to select the items you want to
buy and click on the "go to checkout" button. This will take you to the User Login
screen. Click the link on this screen that allows you to register and
create a new account.
- If you want to register, but do not want to buy anything yet, click on the 'Login' tab
at the top left of the main page. This will take you to the user login
page. You can create a new account at 2nd part of page.

| Q. How do I change my
password? |
| A. First, login to Your Account. You can do this by clicking on the "
Login" tab at the top left of every page. Enter the Email address that
you used to register with us and your
current password. You are now logged in.
Click on the "My Account" tab from top left (3rd from top left after
you logged in). This will take you to the "My Account Information" page
where you can change any of the details that are displayed including
your Email
address, Address and Password.
To change your password, enter your current password in the Currecnt Password
field, and then enter your new password in the New Password field. Enter the new
password again in the Confirm Password to make sure that you have not mistyped
it.
Once you have made your changes, press the Update button at the bottom of the
page. |

| Q. What do I do if I've forgotten my
password? |
| A. If you have forgotten your password click on the 'Login' tab
at the top left of the main page. This will take you to the user logon
page.
Click "Forget your password" tab (blue colour link, below login box).
Enter the email address you use to log-on to the Chineseherb.co.uk site
in the email address box and click on the 'submit' button at the bottom
right of the login section, where it explains that your password will
be sent to you via email. |

| Q. How do I change my Email
address? |
| A. First, login to Your Account. You can do this by clicking on the "
Login" tab at the top left of every page. Enter the Email address that
you used to register with us and your current password. You are now
logged on. Click on the "My Account" tab from top left (3rd from top left
after you logged in). This will take you to the "My Account
Information" page where you can change any of the details that are
displayed including your Email address, Address and Password. Once you have made your changes, press the Update button at the bottom of the
page.
How to change a billing address and choose to deliver to another address?
(1) login on www.chineseherb.co.uk
(2) on top let menu, click "My Account"
(3) Select "View or change entries in my address book." from "my account"
(4) click "add address" (at the bottom, right)
(5) address your billing address, tick "Set as Primary Address" (at the bottom), then click "submit"
(6) go back to shopping and check out as normal, "Step 1 of 3 -
Delivery Information", click "change address", select the address you
want the parcel to be delivered to, then click "continue" at the bottom
left. then continue to checkout until it completes.

| Q. Where are my account details and how do
I track my orders? |
| A. Logon to your account. Click on the "My Account" tab from top left (3rd from top left after
you logged in). This will take you to the "My Account Information" page. The main account screen will show a list of your
orders with the most recent orders at the top. An overall order status is shown.
Clicking the 'View" button, it shows the status of each item that on this order.
The status column may say something like Dispatched 14:19 28/01/2003. The
information will also include Tracking Numbers if your item was sent Recorded or
Special Delivery. |
