1. Find Your Product
The quickest way to find the product you're interested in is to click
on one of the 'Product Categories' on the top left of the page (1). Here
you can find a general listing of our products by their categories. You
can also view our New Products or Sale Products by using the bar near
the top of the page.
Alternatively, you can shop by product brand (2) or manufacturer (3).
If you know the name of the products, you can use the Search function
(4) on the right hand side of the page to locate it. There is also a bar
on the top of the page (5) where you can search products alphabetically.
2. Select the quanitity of the product you want to buy
Once you have found the product you want to buy, select the quantity
you want to buy and click 'Add this to my cart'.
You can change this quanitity later in your shopping cart.
3. Shopping Cart
By looking at your shopping cart, you can:
1. Change the quantity of products you require
2. Continue shopping.
3. Purchase your items by clicking on "go to checkout" button
4. Checkout & Payment
Step 1 of 3 - Delivery Information:
You can change your shipping information and click "continue checkout"
button.
You will see your delivery charge under "zone rate".
Step 2 of 3 - Payment Information:
You can choose to pay either by credit or debit card.
Credit/Debit Cards Payment.
If you would like to pay by credit/debit card, please tick "Secured
by Protx", then click "continue checkout" button.
"Secured by Protx" is handled by the UK based online payment
gataway Protx (part of Sage group Plc). Protx provides secure online credit
card and debit card payment solutions for thousands of online and mail
order businesses across the UK. Chineseherb.co.uk does not hold any credit
card information provided by customers, as all transactions are directed
through Protx.
The basket and checkout pages on https://www.chineseherb.co.uk are protected

You will have chance to review your order, change quantities, confirm
billing and shipping information, and review your total.
You can now place your order by clicking on the "Confirm the Order"
button.
You will now see your receipt page, "Thank You! We Appreciate your
Business!".- We recommend you print this page or write down Your
Order Number for your records.
Speed up your checkout:
Select the "LogIn - Register" button on the top left of your
page and fill out the register information. This will pre-fill your billing
and shipping information saving you time on your next purchase.

Republic of Ireland customers: Even if there is no postcode in your address
format, do please enter a false value in postcode field (e.g. 0000), in
