Missed delivery and packages returned to us

Resending parcel.
If your package is returned because of you have missed the delivery and excesses the holding period, but would like it reshipped, then you will be responsible for the shipping fees to resend the item to you. Because initial delivery cost was used up, Royal Mail has already provided their services, and has charged us for their service.

Cost of resending a parcel
We subsidize our shipping cost on normal UK standard delivery, the actual
delivery cost is much higher. Therefore, we are unable to extend the subsidization beyond initial order, cost of resending need to be paid in full at actual price which is charged by Royal Mail. For standard delivery, we use either Royal Mail first class postage or standard parcel, whichever is the cheapest.

Refund after missed a delivery and parcel has returned to us.
If you would like to cancel the order then we will make a deduction of the delivery charge from any refund due. The Company cannot accept any liability for cancelled orders resulting from an unsuccessful delivery attempt.
