Instructions:
Tear open pouch, Peel away the backing from the outer plaster sections and place firmly on the affected area, adhesive side against the skin. The stimulator will activate automatically when opening the sealed pouch. The heating patch may take up to 10 minutes to reach the peak temperature and will last up to 16 hours.

Packaging:
Contains 1 patch.

Warning:
Remove immediately should any irritation occur during use. Do not use on bruising, swelling, bleeding or damaged skin. not suitable for children and during pregnancy.

External use only.
